It keeps the same motor, harmonic gear and torque range of up to 328 Nm, but is controlled over CAN 2.0A at 1 Mbit\/s and built into a fully enclosed housing with screw-locking M12 connectors.<\/p>\n<h3>Why a CAN version?<\/h3>\n<p>VJ joints in our VietCobot arms run on EtherCAT. EtherCAT is excellent for synchronizing many axes, but it needs an EtherCAT master and a real-time PC. Many customers building their own robots, mobile platforms or teaching labs need something simpler.
