SF3T-03 is a compact servo roll feeder for thin strip. A 400 W AC servo motor drives permanently mounted, matte hard-chrome feed rolls in a rugged steel frame, feeding material up to 1 mm thick and up to 250 mm wide at 20 m\/min with \u00b10.05 mm accuracy. It can feed two coils at the same time and handles coil loads of 60\u2013100 kg. Feed length and speed are set on a 7-inch HMI, and the air pilot release opens the rolls automatically so pilot pins can locate the strip precisely in the die.
