It is a real 4-axis industrial robot \u2013 AC servo motors, servo drivers, industrial control cabinet and an 11.6-inch touch teach pendant \u2013 with the cabinet and components laid out openly so students can see, trace and understand every part of the system. Trajectories and work tasks are easy to adjust on the graphical interface, programs can be taught point by point or imported as G-code, and 48 digital I\/O give plenty of room for lab exercises with sensors, grippers and conveyors. With 1 kg payload, 850 mm reach and \u00b10.05 mm repeatability, it is ideal for universities, vocational schools and training centres.
