SF3T-06 is a servo roll feeder with an integrated straightener for wider coil. A 2 kW AC servo motor drives two pairs of feed rolls simultaneously for strong, slip-free traction, while a 9-roll straightener built into the feed assembly flattens the strip before it enters the die. It handles material 0.1 to 3 mm thick and up to 400 mm wide, at speeds up to 25 m\/min and feed lengths up to 6,000 mm. Feed length and speed are set on a 7-inch HMI, the feeder synchronizes with the stamping press, and the design makes changing between material thicknesses quick and easy.
