It protects the torch when the cutting head hits a tipped-up part, a fixture or the table at high speed. Its passive spring mechanism reacts instantly \u2013 no power or software needed \u2013 letting the torch break away instead of bending or breaking, while two collision sensors tell the CNC controller to stop the machine. A third sensor port is provided for surface detection. The holder is compact, lets you adjust torch tilt and breakaway stiffness, and mounts easily on the Z axis of any CNC plasma cutting machine.
