ABOUT THE HUMAN RESOURCE & HAPPINESS INTERN FUNCTIONS:

      Directly working and assisting management team / CEO in all activities related to HR and operations in the company below:

• Developing a strong culture for Tech Startup company
• Help us to build, decor & create an exciting place to work for everyone and ensure happiness of all employees by weekly and monthly team building activities  
• Source, interview and hire the best team members for Robot3T
• Make sure everyone in the company is happy and enjoys their work and benefit in the company  
• Coordinate with cross functional team to organize event and team building for company 
• Make a video clip, photos and HR materials for company 
• Other HR & operation works if needed 

REQUIREMENTS

• High level of emotional understanding, an outgoing personality 
• Love and have a natural interest in people
• Love doing HR in Tech Startup
• University Major: HR or Business 
• Familiar with Photoshop, Design tools and Video Editor/Maker 
• Love to decor and build an innovative and exciting working place 
• Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
• Good in written and research in English

Assist Marketing and Sale Lead in all activities related to the company from business development, marketing and operations:

• Gather data to analyze competitive landscape in the IoT, robotic and smart factory industry both in Vietnam and oversea
• Execute marketing and business development plan 
• Run marketing plan for all digital channels of company 
• Update contents for ecommerce website and boost online and offline sales 
• Coordinate with cross functional team to organize event and marketing campaigns in Vietnam 
• Make a video clip introduction, marketing materials for all products 
• Other operation works if needed
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Passionate about high-tech product, IoT and robotic 
• Love doing business in Technology industry
• University Major: Marketing or Business 
• E-commerce and online marketing experience is prefer 
• Familiar with Photoshop, Design tools and Video Editor/Maker 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
• Good in written and research in English

• Analyze competitive landscape in the IoT, robotic and smart factory industry both in Vietnam and oversea
• Do market research and analyze product line & product positioning
• Develop and execute marketing and communication plan for each product
• Develop strategy and plan to boost online and offline sales  
• Coordinate with cross functional team to organize event and marketing campaigns in Vietnam and oversea 
• Build all marketing materials and brand guidelines
• Manage business development and marketing cost 
• Other operation works if needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Passionate about high-tech product, IoT and robotic 
• Excited to work in a fast-paced tech environment with constant change
• Love doing business in Technology industry
• At least 3 years working experience in Business Development and Marketing or Market Research (MNC is preferable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• E-commerce and online marketing 
• Very well-organized, problem-solving and logical-thinking
• Responsible, result-oriented, able to work under pressure
• Good in written and research in English
• Long-term commitment
• High-Tech background is strong preferable
