A 3D camera scans each item on the line, our APG software generates a spray path unique to that item, and the cobot sprays with controlled flow rate and stand-off distance. Running in production on the denim finishing line of a major Vietnamese textile group.
Results: 0.97–0.99 path-matching accuracy · 100% of parts programmed automatically · 0 operators inside the booth · 24/7 duty

The cobot moves the torch along exactly the same path every time. The VG1 welding fixture has a 6-axis force/torque sensor, so operators can guide the robot by hand when teaching a new seam.
