THE PROBLEM

Manual PP spraying: hazardous, inconsistent, hard to scale.

Health risk

Sprayers are exposed directly to potassium permanganate (KMnO₄), a strong oxidizer that burns skin and irritates the lungs. Protective equipment is costly and staff are hard to recruit.

Inconsistent quality

Results depend on each sprayer’s skill: one style, ten sprayers, ten different results. Rejects need reprocessing, wasting PP and neutralizer.

Limited output

Skilled sprayers are scarce and turnover is high. Growing output means hiring more people, so labor cost grows with volume.
