This 360° rotating base carries up to 100 kg and positions it with ±0.01° repeatability, making it an ideal extra axis for robots and automation machines. An AC servo motor drives a high-precision harmonic gear for smooth, backlash-free rotation up to 30 rpm on a Ø300 mm table. It accepts standard industrial control signals – Step/Dir for position control and ±10 V for speed control – so it connects easily to robot controllers, PLCs and motion controllers. It runs on single-phase 200–240 V or three-phase 360–400 V power and is built from steel and anodized aluminium. Designed and built by Robot3T in Vietnam, with a 12-month warranty.

Two control modes

Position control (Step/Dir): rotate to exact angles for indexing, multi-station work or robot coordination.
Speed control (±10 V): continuous rotation at a variable speed for welding, coating or scanning.

Can my robot or PLC control it?
Yes. Use Step/Dir pulses for position control or a ±10 V analog signal for speed control – both are standard outputs on robot controllers, PLCs and motion controllers.

100 kg or 250 kg model?
This model is compact (Ø300 mm) and controlled by external signals. The 250 kg model has a larger Ø450 mm table and built-in manual, speed and indexing modes for stand-alone use.

Can you make a custom version?
