In April 2021, Robot3T installed and commissioned an automatic coil feeding system at Fischer Asia Co., Ltd. – the Asian manufacturing center of the German Fischer Group, which supplies components for the automotive, motorcycle, electronics, furniture and construction industries.

Technical specifications:

• Feed length accuracy: ±0.05 mm
• Material thickness: 0.1 to 3 mm
• Runs three main materials: stainless steel (0.2 mm thick, 30–50 mm wide); steel (1.2 mm thick, 150 mm wide); aluminum (2–3 mm thick, 100 mm wide)
• Maximum strip width: 200 mm
• 2,000 W AC servo motor
• 7-inch HMI touch screen for setting system parameters
• Maximum feed rate: 70 strokes per minute
• Integrated and synchronized with the press (feed position sync, die pilot release, etc.)

The coil feeding system was designed and built entirely by Robot3T in Vietnam with over 90% local content, delivering a high-quality solution at a competitive cost.
