CTH3T-03 is the improved version for plasma torches with a 30–36 mm body. It protects the torch when the cutting head hits a tipped-up part, a fixture or the table at high speed. Its passive spring mechanism reacts instantly – no power or software needed – letting the torch break away instead of bending or breaking, while two collision sensors tell the CNC controller to stop the machine. A third sensor port is provided for surface detection. The holder is compact, lets you adjust torch tilt and breakaway stiffness, and mounts easily on the Z axis of any CNC plasma cutting machine. Designed and built by Robot3T in Vietnam.

Which plasma torches does it fit?
Torches with a 30–36 mm body. For Ø45–55 mm torches use CTH3T-02; for other sizes, send us your torch model and we will recommend the right holder.
What sensors do I need?
Standard threaded proximity sensors are used for collision and surface detection. We can supply the sensors and help wire them to your CNC controller.
Does it work with Robot3T CNC controllers?
Yes. It pairs with our CNC cutting control products, and can also be connected to most third-party controllers through their input signals.
Do you ship outside Vietnam?
