VG1 is our TIG torch holder with a built-in 6-axis force/torque (F/T) sensor. The sensor measures forces and torques at the torch in every direction, so operators can guide the robot by holding the torch itself and teach a welding path in minutes, with precise, smooth motion. Like VG1-0, it clamps the popular WP-series torches, lets you set the torch angle for each joint, and has two push buttons and status LEDs right at the tool. Designed and built by Robot3T in Vietnam and proven on our own VietCobot welding cells.

Frequently asked questions

What does the 6-axis F/T sensor add?
It lets the operator move the robot by pushing on the torch itself, giving finer and more natural control when teaching welding paths than guiding the arm by its joints.

Which robots can VG1 be mounted on?
It is designed for VietCobot and R3T arms. For other brands, send us your robot model and flange drawing and we will confirm the adapter and sensor integration.

Do you supply the complete welding cell and ship abroad?
