R3T-03 is a strong, compact 4-axis industrial robot that carries 6 kg within a 650 mm reach – double the payload of R3T-02 in the same footprint. It moves the tool at up to 1,100 mm/s and repeats positions within ±0.05 mm, and it can be integrated with machine vision for smart picking and inspection. The complete system includes the robot arm, a control box with four AC servo drivers and 32 I/O channels, and an 11.6-inch touch-screen teach pendant. Programs are created by point-to-point teaching on a graphical interface or by importing G-code, and Modbus TCP/IP makes it easy to connect to PLCs and machines. Which R3T 4-axis robot should I choose?
All share the same controller and pendant. R3T-01: 1 kg, 850 mm reach. R3T-02: 3 kg, 650 mm. R3T-03: 6 kg, 650 mm. R3T-05: 10 kg, 950 mm. Tell us your part weight and workspace and we will advise.

Can it connect to my PLC and machines?
Yes. Use Modbus TCP/IP or the 24 digital and 8 analog I/O channels to exchange signals with PLCs, sensors, grippers and machines.
