R3T-02: 3kg Payload Industrial Robot
Compact 4-axis industrial robot for welding cells, pick-and-place, assembly and G-code path processes. 3 kg payload, 650 mm reach, 180°/s joints, 1,100 mm/s tool speed, ±0.05 mm repeatability. Complete with control box (4 AC servo drivers, 24 DI/DO + 8 AI/AO), 11.6″ touch teach pendant and Modbus TCP/IP. Made in Vietnam by Robot3T.
R3T-02 is a compact 4-axis industrial robot that carries 3 kg within a 650 mm reach – a good balance of strength and footprint for small cells. It moves the tool at up to 1,100 mm/s and repeats positions within ±0.05 mm. The complete system includes the robot arm, a control box with four AC servo drivers and 32 I/O channels, and an 11.6-inch touch-screen teach pendant. Programs are created by point-to-point teaching on a graphical interface or by importing G-code, and Modbus TCP/IP makes it easy to connect to PLCs and machines. Robot3T also supplies R3T-02 as part of robotic welding systems. Designed and built in Vietnam.

Frequently asked questions
R3T-01, R3T-02 or R3T-05?
All three are 4-axis robots with the same controller and pendant. R3T-01 carries 1 kg (850 mm reach), R3T-02 carries 3 kg (650 mm reach) and R3T-05 carries 10 kg (950 mm reach). We can help you choose.
Can it connect to my PLC and machines?
Yes. Use Modbus TCP/IP or the 24 digital and 8 analog I/O channels to exchange signals with PLCs, sensors, grippers and machines.
Do you build complete cells?
Yes. Robot3T designs grippers, fixtures, conveyors and safety guarding, and delivers turnkey automation cells with commissioning and training.
