SF3T-05 is a compact servo roll feeder that gives your metal stamping press the speed, precision and power to feed coil reliably all day. A 2 kW AC servo motor drives permanently mounted, matte hard-chrome feed rolls in a rugged steel frame, feeding strip up to 200 mm wide and 0.1 to 3 mm thick at up to 70 m/min with ±0.05 mm accuracy. Feed length and speed are set on a 7-inch HMI, the feeder synchronizes directly with the press, and the air pilot release opens the rolls automatically so pilot pins can locate the strip precisely in the die. Designed and built by Robot3T in Vietnam.
