SF3T-04 is a compact servo roll feeder built for thicker strip. A 1.5 kW AC servo motor drives permanently mounted, matte hard-chrome feed rolls in a rugged steel frame, feeding material 1 to 3.2 mm thick and up to 200 mm wide with ±0.05 mm accuracy – and it can feed four coils at the same time to multiply press output. Feed length and speed are set on a 7-inch HMI, and the air pilot release opens the rolls automatically so pilot pins can locate the strip precisely in the die. Designed and built by Robot3T in Vietnam.

SF3T-04 (1.5 kW, 20 m/min) is made for thicker 1–3.2 mm strip and feeding several coils at once. SF3T-05 (2 kW, 70 m/min) suits high-speed feeding of 0.1–3 mm material. Tell us your job and we will advise.
