SF3T-03 is a compact servo roll feeder for thin strip. A 400 W AC servo motor drives permanently mounted, matte hard-chrome feed rolls in a rugged steel frame, feeding material up to 1 mm thick and up to 250 mm wide at 20 m/min with ±0.05 mm accuracy. It can feed two coils at the same time and handles coil loads of 60–100 kg. Feed length and speed are set on a 7-inch HMI, and the air pilot release opens the rolls automatically so pilot pins can locate the strip precisely in the die. Designed and built by Robot3T in Vietnam.

Which SF3T feeder should I choose?
SF3T-03 (400 W): thin strip up to 1 mm, up to 250 mm wide, 2 coils. SF3T-04 (1.5 kW): thicker 1–3.2 mm strip, 4 coils. SF3T-05 (2 kW): high-speed feeding up to 70 m/min for 0.1–3 mm material. Tell us your job and we will advise.
