SF3T-06 is a servo roll feeder with an integrated straightener for wider coil. A 2 kW AC servo motor drives two pairs of feed rolls simultaneously for strong, slip-free traction, while a 9-roll straightener built into the feed assembly flattens the strip before it enters the die. It handles material 0.1 to 3 mm thick and up to 400 mm wide, at speeds up to 25 m/min and feed lengths up to 6,000 mm. Feed length and speed are set on a 7-inch HMI, the feeder synchronizes with the stamping press, and the design makes changing between material thicknesses quick and easy. Designed and built by Robot3T in Vietnam.

Typical applications

Wide-strip stamping: panels, brackets and enclosures from coil up to 400 mm wide.
Long blanks: feed lengths up to 6 m for profiles and long parts.
Coil with set or curl: the built-in straightener removes coil memory before the die.
Press line upgrades: replacing separate straightener and feeder with one compact unit.

Which SF3T feeder should I choose?
SF3T-03: thin strip up to 1 mm. SF3T-04: thick 1–3.2 mm strip, 4 coils. SF3T-05: high speed up to 70 m/min, up to 200 mm wide. SF3T-06: wide coil up to 400 mm with built-in straightener. Tell us your job and we will advise.

Do I still need a separate straightener?
Usually not – SF3T-06 includes a 9-roll straightener. For very thick or high-strength material, we will check your coil and advise.

Can you build a wider or heavier-duty version?
